Niagara Falls, NY - Artist Jonathan Rogers and Amy Decastro, owner of The Dance Shop at 325 Hyde Park Blvd., mimic the mural Rogers titled "The Dance," that he has been painting on her building's exterior wall.. Rogers said he donated his time, but the materials were all funded by the Niagara Falls National Heritage Area, through their public art initiative, NF Murals.
