Lockport, NY - Fearing for the worst, Michael Papa installed cameras pointing at the intersections where he claims some drivers fail to stop. "I have two young children and I'm just looking out for the neighborhood kids." Mike Papa has been watching the intersection of Branch and Central Streets in the Woodlands Manufactured Home Community for two years now. He said drivers are ignoring the stop signs and somebody will likely be hurt. He's asking the company to install speed bumps to head off any tragedy, but was told to stop "harassing" the office with his concerns.
