Lockport, NY - The old docks at Stevens & Prospect Street's is the proposed site for a future upper-marina along the Erie Canal that was brought up during a presentation to the Common Council, March 23. The docking would enable boaters to enjoy some of the amenities offered by Lockport's downtown.
