Middleport, NY - Jason Wolf said they will use 20,000 gallons of sap to make 500 gallons of maple syrup at Wolf Maple Products.

New York State canceled Maple Weekend this year due to COVID-19, but Wolf Maple Products at 9355 Chestnut Ridge Road in Middleport is hosting a drive-thru event for those who wish to purchase their maple products without getting out of their car. Though the tours and events are cancelled, there is still fun to be had as they are selling maple flavored popcorn, apple cotton candy, maple flavored hotdogs and other fun items. The event is two weekends March 20, 21, 27 and 28, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
