Lockport, NY - The Sock Defender, invented by Ayden Ariba took top honors at the Douglas J. Regan Intermediate School annual Invent-A-Thon program. The Sock Defender keeps socks on a baby's foot. The students were all challenged to come up with an invention that's new, solves a problem or improves upon another. There were 90 inventions on display representing the work of 143 children said Principal Monica Daigler.
