Lockport, NY - Master trainer Jim Grady, a retired LA County Deputy Sheriff, stands entangled in a Bola Wrap around his legs. Police agencies from around WNY including Niagara Falls attended a demonstration at the Lockport Police Department of the Bola Wrap, a non-lethal hand-held remote restraint device that discharges a bola style kevlar tether that entangles the subject.
