Niagara Falls, NY - Need a high voltage transmission tower wire fixed? Well these guys can do it for you, whoever they are. Niagara Power Authority crew on the ground said the helicopter linemen are working on upgrades to the high voltage transmission lines for the next few days, then will move on to the Rochester area.
