Niagara Falls, NY - Even Fiona the family dog seemed moved by the singing and parade tribute. Unable to gather for a funeral because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, a group of friends, colleagues and students honored Niagara Falls High School Theatre Teacher Kate Muldoon's passing by singing songs in her front yard, as those in a parade of cars got out as they passed her James Avenue home to place flowers and cards.
