Lockport, NY - Like many businesses, management at this Advanced Auto Parts store in Lockport created a policy that customers must wear face masks to enter the store. On Thursday, Gov. Coumo signed an executive order backing up private businesses who wish to make wearing masks to do business on their property legally mandatory.
