Lockport, NY - Lockport DJ Brent Powley a DJ with Beamin Sounds and musician Jason Wilhelm of Middleport set up on Main Street in Lockport to promote Red Alert RESTART, a movement to encourage Congress to pass the Restart Act, which would provide much-needed assistance for millions of Americans that make a living in the arts who have lost income due to the pandemic.
