Youngstown, NY - Alexander Sharan of Youngstown took time out of his day to sit on the docks at Fort Niagara State Park to watch the waves, enjoying the cool breeze and the lake air. "I'm just enjoying the gorgeous weather and the smell of the air here, and you can't beat the view," he said.
