Niagara Falls, NY - Rick Penale of Lewiston was spotted trighting some screws in a "Take What You Need, Leave What You Can" box outside of St. Peters on Rainbow Boulevard. Rick and wife Rene built and keep the box stock, he said. "I saw one of these on the internet and my wife and I decided to find somewhere to put one." When complimented on his giving spirit he said, "A couple cans at a time, doing the lord's work."
