Lewiston, NY - Owen Layman of Buffalo gets help from his brother Franklin, 14, moving into his Seton Hall dorm room at Niagara University. Layman, said he had to get an appointment to move his stuff in, but won't be moving in himself until college starts, reportedly on August 24.
