Lockport, NY - Time Travel - Horologist (clock maker) Chuck Roeser was spotted on East Canal Road moving a giant street clock face from his warehouse to his clock shop. Roeser, owner of Essence Of Time, said the clock, made in Michigan, is being assembled, tested, then shipped to a client in Texas.
