James Neiss/staff photographer Lockport, NY - Wednesday kicked off the 63rd Annual Community Lenten Luncheon at the Emmanuel United Methodist Church. The Lenten Luncheons are every Wednesday 12 -1 p.m. through April 1, and feature a guest speaker.
