North Tonawanda, NY - A woman who identified herself as Joanna of North Tonawanda, make a donation at the North Tonawanda Walmart. Volunteer Todd Minney of the City of Tonawanda has been a bell ringer for the past 10 years for the Salvation Army of the Tonawandas. Collecting donations outside the North Tonawanda Walmart, Minney said there are very few willing to volunteer because of the COVID pandemic.
