Niagara Falls, NY - Cafe Manager Bill Montroy, right, and the staff at the new Niagara Falls Spot Coffee on Buffalo Avenue are ready to serve up customers in Niagara Falls, opening the doors at 3 p.m. Friday. After Friday the cafe will be open daily from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m.
