Lockport, NY - The Lockport Police Department promoted two of their officers during ceremonies at City Hall. Daniel Kaufman was promoted to Lieutenant and Kendra Ditullio was promoted to Captain, giving her the honorable distinction of being the first woman Captain on the police force.
