Niagara Falls, NY - A man dressed in US Army green walks to the parking lot after exiting the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel on Buffalo Avenue. Readers have reported that the parking lot filled with civilian cars belonging to a large number of the New York National Guard staying there.
