Niagara Falls, NY - Salvation Army workers clean up the mess left at the Niagara Falls Boulevard location in Niagara Falls. The two complained that this is a common scene at the 6 locations they service in Erie and Niagara Counties and attribute the mess mostly to thieves that look through the donations, stealing the good stuff and leaving a mess behind.
