Niagara Falls, NY - Those that do Planking exercises together, stick together it seems as longtime friends, from left, Uniquia Lewis, Casein Richardson, Justin Gordon and Anthony Mylar all exercise at Louis 'Big Lou' Serianni Park on 19th Street. Mylar said we've all been friends for years and we work out together all the time, usually 5 days a week.
