200 filled backpacks, all "raised" through donations by Toys by LO operator Joshua Lopez and barber Josh Pagan, are being distributed at Toys by LO beginning at 7 p.m. First come, first served. Lopez put out the word previously that anyone who NEEDS stuff — not wants, needs — is welcome.
