Niagara Falls, NY - Vincent J. O'Malley of Niagara University presided over the Ash Wednesday service at Saint Mary of the Cataract church where he charged parishioners to embrace prayer, fasting and the giving spirit during the 40 days of Lent. He also said it's a great time to find a parish that serves a good fish fry.
