Niagara Falls, NY - Cindy Chazen said whenever she walks her dogs Harley and Cookie, TOT the neighborhood cat joins them every time. The trio were spotted on 67th Street and when asked about the strange pairing Chazen said, "My neighbors call them the three dogs. Tot follows us everywhere we walk."
