Niagara Falls, NY - Local artist Jay Carrier was spotted working on a massive painting at the Niagara Arts & Cultural Center where he has a studio. The painting titled Transformation/Tavern Walls, is a mixed media oil on canvas 4 panel mural that he hopes to show in a future exhibition.
