Middleport, NY - Middleport Family Health Center is going to be re envisioning Thee Barker Store next door as "Farmacy" The basic idea is that Owner Stephen Giroux will be using the vacant old 7/11 building next door to open as a farmer coop type building. Basically he wants to create a business that will compete with Dollar Generals to offer healthy alternatives for rural SNAP recipients in the area.
