Niagara Falls, NY - Niagara Falls Police LT. Ron Cirrito put a smile on the faces of Lauren Smith and Michael Krueger at the Tim Hortons drive up window on Hyde Park Boulevard. Niagara Falls Police and Fire Department personnel were on site to help raise money for Tim Hortons Camp Day.
