Lockport, NY - Lockport Salvation Army Major Jose' Santiago gives brothers Ryan and Greg Mulvey of Mulvey Construction a tour of the food and kitchen pantry. Mulvey Construction donated $10k to support the soup kitchen at the Lockport Salvation Army on Tuesday.
