Lockport, NY - Leah Brown, youth services director at the Lockport Salvation Army, said they had 6 people stay at the last Code Blue event. We offered them a warm place to stay, showers, games, TV and snacks. Shelter seekers can come between 8 and 10 p.m., after that they need a police escort to get in. All check out by 8 a.m.
