Lockport, NY - Scholarship Chairperson Joan Winter, left, and Luncheon Chairperson Gail Montedoro presented the Keenan Arts Council Scholarship awards to Starpoint senior Brooke Allen and Lockport senior Loren Wulf. Allen will be attending Institute for American Musical Theatre in NYC and Wulf will be attending SUNY Fredonia.
