Niagara Falls, NY - The Starry Night Cafe now shares a space with the newly remodeled gift shop at the Niagara Arts and Cultural Center. from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
The new artisan café is located inside the Niagara Arts and Cultural Center,
through the Red Door and across from the Townsend Gallery.

The café offers both breakfast and lunch 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
and will be open Thursday and Saturday before theater performances.
