Food Truck Thursdays to Return May 9
Niagara Falls, N.Y. - Today, Mayor Paul A. Dyster and the Office of Planning and Economic Development announced the return of the popular “Food Truck Thursdays” event at the Niagara Falls Train Station for the 2019 summer season.
The season will kick off on Thursday, May 9 from 11:30 until 1 pm, featuring Dirty Bird Chicken and Waffles with live music from jazz and blues vocalist Sharon Bailey.
Mayor Paul Dyster said, “It is a sure sign of the summer season with the return of Food Truck Truck Thursdays at the Niagara Falls Train Station. This popular and ever-growing event continues to bring residents and tourists alike together over some of Western New York’s greatest culinary and musical talents, and we look forward to its return for many years to come!”
“Since its launch, Food Truck Thursdays at the Niagara Falls Train Station have become a popular lunch time event among locals and tourists,” Allen Booker, Organizer and Minority Enterprise & Business Development Coordinator said. “Based on customer feedback, we have added live music on selected dates, and a late afternoon food truck event that will take place in August."
Food Truck Thursdays takes place rain or shine on select Thursdays throughout the summer season. Free parking is available. A full schedule can be found attached and below and on the FallsBiz Facebook page.
