Lockport, NY - Batpop swoopes down to Eastern Niagara Hospital in his Batpop mobile every Wednesday. There, at the Steamworks coffee shop in the lobby, he confronts coffee drinkers and engages them in light conversation hoping to put a smile on their faces.
