Niagara Falls Metro Trolley Service makes it Easy to be Green
Launch of Service Marks Green Your Commute Day

WHAT: The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority, the City of Niagara Falls and the Niagara Falls Hotel Association, celebrates the launch of NFTA Metro’s 2019 Trolley Service on Green Your Commute Day. This service supports the use of sustainable modes of transportation. The event will include a ribbon cutting ceremony and opportunities for attendees to take a Seasonal inaugural ride on one of Metro’s “green” trolley vehicles.
Metro’s trolleys will serve guests staying at participating hotels and motels along Niagara Falls Blvd., Pine Avenue, the Niagara Falls International Airport and within downtown Niagara Falls from May 17 through October 27, 9 a.m. to midnight.

WHO: Leaders from the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority, City of Niagara Falls, New York State Legislature and the Niagara Falls Hotel Association.

WHEN: Friday, May 17, 2019 - 10 a.m. (Rain or Shine)

WHERE: Official Niagara Falls Visitor Center at 10 Rainbow Blvd. A reception catered by
Antonio’s Restaurant will be held immediately following the ceremony.
