Lockport, NY - AARP Tax-Aide volunteer Elaine Moon tackles Gary and Carol Gilliland's taxes for free at the Dale Association. The volunteers are on duty doing senior citizens tax returns every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 a.m to 4 p.m. by appointment only. Seniors wishing to make an appointment should call the Dale Association at 716-433-1886.
