Lewiston, NY - It was apple peeling time at the Lewiston Senior Center as, Daisy Vitch, her son Dan, Rose Czarnecki, across, Heidi Gatehouse and a host of other seniors prepare to make applesauce. The apple peeling party was hosted by the Niagara County Eat Well, Stay Well Program and made possible by the generous donation of two bushels of apples from Tower Farms in Youngstown.
