Attached please find a release to announce the students at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute (NFCI) will be hosting a Grand Buffet on Friday, March 23 from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the second floor atrium. All profits benefit the American Culinary Federation Niagara Falls Culinary Institute Scholarship Fund. NFCI is located at 28 Old Falls Street, Niagara Falls, NY 14303.
