Niagara Falls, NY - Michael Palmeri Jr. was joined by family, friends and government oficials as he cuts the ribbon officially opening the new Dairy Queen on Niagara Street. The Palmeri family expanded to a new building and will soon be demolishing the old restaurant for parking.
