Niagara Falls, NY - Richard Bird, the 2018 Grand Marshal for the Ancient Order of Hibernians St. Patrick Day Celebration on Saturday, ties off the Irish Tricolour flag in front of city hall in honor of the St. Patrick's Day celebration this Saturday. The City of Niagara Falls became incorporated on St. Patrick's day on March 17, 1852.
