Lockport, NY - It was all "low fives" for Bill Baldwin the Stilt Walker at an event at Elderwood of Lockport. Family, friends and residents of Elderwood of Lockport enjoyed an evening of fun that included a car show, food trucks and a raffle to raise a donation for the Palace's restoration efforts.
