Niagara Falls, NY - Zoey the Harbor Seal keeps a watchful eye on her newborn pup. Aquarium staff are calling it Pup until they find out what sex it is before deciding on a proper name. The Aquarium of Niagara Harbor Seals Zoey and Pickles are proud parents of a pup born on July 13.
