Niagara Falls, NY - Fire Captain Jeff Meacham and Captain David Barr pack a bag of toys for a young boy. Niagara Falls firefighters and volunteers gathered at the Engine 9 Firehouse to pack, then distribute toys to boys and girls all around Niagara Falls.
