Niagara Falls, NY - A disgruntled student, played by Cadet Adriano Medici, holds a gun to his teacher, played by Cadet Joel Eberth, who is being accused by the student of wrecking his lift. The Niagara Falls Police Department held a Joint emergency response team hostage negotiation training exercise at the old Public Safety Building at 520 Hyde Park.
The bad guy and hostages were played by students from the Niagara County Law Enforcement Academy at Niagara University.
