Town of Niagara, NY - Town of Niagara Highway Department crews erect a giant "Frosty The Snowman" at the corner of Military and Lockport Roads in preparation for this weekends Electric Light Parade. The parade starts at 4 p.m. and participants are encouraged to bring a can of food to help support the food pantry. The parade begins at Fourth Avenue and Military Road at 6:30 p.m.
