Buffalo, NY - Governor Andrew Cuomo gets out of a car owned by Buffalo resident and Uber driver in New York City, Tariq Nawaz. It was a symbolic gesture after a law allowing ride sharing services in WNY were approved by the state. The governor held a news conference at the Family Life Center on Michigan Avenue in Buffalo.
