The family of Scott Chism, a Coast Guard boatswain mate from Lakeside, CA,. who died when after his boat overturned in Lake Ontario, returned to Youngstown to receive a scholarship from the Youngstown Yacht Club. The funds raised were presented Sunday at the yacht club. From left: USCG Cdr.
