Niagara Falls, NY - Niagara Falls Fire Department Battalion Chief Clifford Mayes points out a large tree on Center was blown over due to Wednesday's high winds taking 5 utility poles down with it between Highland Avenue and 9th Street. Officials said they estimate that affected residents could be without power for 24 hours.
