Niagara Falls, NY - Joe Petrozzi and his son Russ, owners of Capital Cleaners on Main Street, are again preparing to open their doors to the public and distribute free Coats For Kids this Saturday from 10-2 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. They are always happy to accept coat donations for this event and a second on December 2nd, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
