Amherst, NY - Phyllis Wass of Pendleton and other protesters came out to to share their messages to those entering the Governor's state of the state address. New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo’s presented the 2017 State of the State Address on Monday at the Center for the Arts on the State University of New York at Buffalo’s North Campus.
