Town of Niagara, NY - Town of Niagara Highway Department worker Jim Scalzo puts a scarf on Frosty as crews prepare to erect the giant snowman at the corner of Military and Lockport Roads in preparation for this weekends Electric Light Parade. The parade starts at 4 p.m. and participants are encouraged to bring a can of food to help support the food pantry. The parade begins at Fourth Avenue and Military Road at 6:30 p.m.
